I think, there is no point in trying to unload and propagate to anyone. Being a female, I came to an understanding that it's next to impossible to find another female who's not jealous or anxious, too conditioned from the brain that it goes beyond their limits to contain any more pain. They might listen but not really feel what you're trying to tell. Females will mostly start sharing their own and they might network it to people after a while. So big trust issues over there. People are already so full with their unprocessed emotions. About males, they mostly think from their penises, so while you're thinking that they are actually available and understanding, in reality most of them are waiting for the time where you start trusting in them and they can get what they always had in their minds. So, there are more disadvantages, better to keep it to yourself, but yes there comes a point ( to very few) where you start to feel like a zombie because you're no more relatable to the people around. And that feedback cannot come because you know in your being that you are ahead, so sharing has gone out of the question for a long time. But , living like that for a longer period of time might make you a loner or an overthinker. Handling that is not easy. Also, it's too fortunate, to connect with someone on that frequency which you spoke about in that friend of yours. It's divine and magical in itself.
